MAGNETIC LANGUAGE PROGRAMME
5.5 hour programme delivered in 5 separate sessions
Developed by Talking Lab's speech and language therapist Lucy Darby, the Magnetic Language Programme teaches adults specific strategies for encouraging language development in preschoolers. Fully comprehensive programme covering exactly how children learn to talk, and practical, everyday strategies adults can use to promote understanding and use of language. Fun and interactive experience for teachers and parents.
HOW TO PLAY WITH A CHILD WHO HAS AUTISM
Interactive play is the foundation for meaningful communication to take place. Learn how to engage children in play who appear to be more content playing alone, and who may not yet be talking. Find out how to pick up on the child's signals and manipulate the play to encourage the child to think flexibly and problem-solve.
